Steps for IWD Poster and Pin

Sketch ideas for poster and pin. The client OFL wanted hands representing sisters solidarity in working together and a rose representing the "Bread and Roses" poem by James Oppenheim, published in The American Magazine in December 1911. It was associated with the Bread and Roses stike in 1912 for women's working rights. The OFL chose the sketch on bottom left.
